- OSI protects your IP by having factories sign NDAs.

“Do I need to go audit a factory?”
- OSI will facilitate a factory visit for you to see what is happening during the production of your project.
- OSI's experienced sourcing and audit teams routinely perform factory audits and will share our factory audit results and photos with you.
- OSI sources factories with experience on similar parts at the appropriate certification level for each project.
- OSI will seek a Non-Circumvention agreement prior to your trip to visit the factory.
“What happens if I receive a bad shipment of parts?”
- OSI will quickly assemble a team both in the U.S. and China to determine the root cause of the problem.
- OSI will work with the factory to correct the problem and propose a solution to you.
- OSI will issue a CAR to the factory and can coordinate local sorting if needed.
